We have decided to carry out exterior wall repair work during the following period.
During the repair work, some noise may occur depending on the time of day.
In addition, since a sheet is placed on the outside of the building, the view is slightly impaired.

We apologize for any inconvenience and inconvenience this may cause, but we will carry out the construction with the utmost care and the highest priority on ensuring safety, so we appreciate your understanding.

◆ Construction work time
Time:10:00 ~ 17:00

* The hotel’s normal check-out time of 11:00 and check-in time of 14:00 will not change, but there will be some noise during the daytime hours of 10:00 ~ 17:00.
In addition, since the gondola is used outside the guest room, the construction staff may work outside the window of the accommodation room.

* Please note that the construction period and work time are subject to change.

【NEW】We have established an amenity bar


In order to reduce plastic waste and to improve customer convenience, we have established an amenity bar next to the front counter. As a result, the only disposable amenities provided in the guest room are toothbrushes, tea, and slipper insoles.

When you check in or at any time during your stay, you can take what you need from the amenity bar and bring it to your room. In addition, we have prepared new amenities such as instant coffee that have never been available before, so please enjoy it.

Recommendation for hands-free sightseeing in Kyoto


It is difficult to move with large luggage on the street or in the public transportation.
There is a convenient service in Kyoto Station which is not well known to foreigners.
It is the shipping service from Kyoto Station to the hotel with 1,000~1,500 yen per one luggage.
The reception hours is 9:00(8:00)~14:00, and your luggage arrives at the hotel by 17:00 on the same day.

Regarding Accommodation Tax of Kyoto city


The Accommodation Tax system comes into effect on October 1st, 2018.
The following taxes will be added to the bills of those using guest rooms.

Room rate           Tax rate
Below     ¥20,000:    ¥200
¥20,000 or more:     ¥500
¥50,000 or more:     ¥1,000

The accommodation tax rate is based on per person per night.
